We are looking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented engineer to install, maintain, and repair high-tech HVAC systems in commercial properties. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with the ability to clean, adjust, and repair complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of ventilation, air conditioning, boilers, heat pumps, and other advanced energy equipment.
  • Identifying potential maintenance risks on equipment to prevent costly repairs.
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for all HVAC systems using specialized tools and software.
  • Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, as well as performing warranty services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Providing technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior team members.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance functions, including daily logs and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, appliance regulations, and Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, boilers, and pump rooms, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans is also essential.

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
