Senior Operations Executive

Quad Consultancy is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the General Services - Energy industry.

As a Senior Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. You will develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives, identify growth opportunities, and analyze market trends.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and monitoring KPIs for departments (e.g., sales, customer service, installations)
• Ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Preparing and managing budgets to ensure cost-effective operations
• Analyzing financial data to improve profitability and cash flow
• Approving major expenditures and investments in alignment with company goals

You will lead, motivate, and foster a positive, collaborative, productive work environment. This includes recruiting, training, and evaluating staff performance, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.

As a key representative of the company, you will participate in trade fairs, meetings, and networking events to promote our services and build relationships.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a similar industry
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with excellent organizational/project management skills
• Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and optimize budgets, with negotiation skills
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical services is an advantage
• Results-driven with a strategic mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
• High integrity and commitment to company values
