Operational Director

Remuneration: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum (Salary)

As an Operational Director at Quad Consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our General Services - Energy team.

• Create and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives and identify growth opportunities and market trends
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, fostering a culture of excellence within the department
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various departments, including sales, customer service, and installations
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies, maintaining a high level of compliance
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-effective operations and optimizing financial performance
• Analyze financial data to improve profitability and cash flow, making informed decisions that drive business growth
• Approve significant expenditures and investments in line with company goals, demonstrating strategic thinking and leadership
• Lead, motivate, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, developing talent and enhancing team capabilities
• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and support, building strong relationships with clients
• Represent Quad Consultancy at trade fairs, meetings, and networking events, showcasing our expertise and reputation

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred)
• A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, coupled with excellent organizational and project management skills
• Financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and optimize budgets, negotiate effectively, and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical services is highly desirable
• A results-driven approach, combined with a strategic mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
• The ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
