HVAC System Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HVAC system specialist to join our team at Outreach Recruitment Agency. As an HVAC service technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in third-party properties.

As a key member of our team, you will work independently to identify maintenance risks on equipment, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, and perform warranty services. You will also provide technical direction and on-the-job training to junior staff members.

• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation, air conditioning systems, boilers, heat pumps, and other energy equipment.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment and implement corrective actions.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for all HVAC systems and perform repairs.
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
• Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to junior staff members.
• Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.

• 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician and willingness to continue education in the HVAC field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, boilers, and pump rooms.
• Working knowledge of boiler systems.
• Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
• Good English written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
