Job Description:

As a Norwegian Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our clients in Norway through phone, email, and chat.

You will resolve customer inquiries and issues related to products or services effectively, assist customers with account management, troubleshooting, and general support, and maintain a positive, professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Native-level fluency in Norwegian is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • The ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and late hours, is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is advantageous but not necessary.

Work Schedule:

  • Shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week.
