Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day finance department duties, including issuing receipts, handling cash, and greeting customers in a courteous manner. Key tasks include:

  • Receiving payments by cash, checks, credit cards, or automatic debits.
  • Issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or changes due to customers.
  • Greeting customers and answering the telephone in a professional and friendly tone.
  • Handling petty cash requests and posting accounting records to UAFL and other Mizzi Motors companies as directed.
  • Preparing contracts, bills, and carrying out necessary verification procedures.
  • Performing bank and cash reconciliations and preparing deposits to the bank.
  • Carrying out additional administrative work as directed by superiors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service. Proficiency in office suite software is also essential. Previous experience working in a similar environment is considered an asset.
