Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cashier/Office Clerk to join our team at Outreach Recruitment Agency.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on key responsibilities in our finance department, including receipt issuance and cash handling. You will be working closely with our clients and colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payments via cash, checks, credit cards, or automatic debits.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or changes due to customers in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and responding to phone inquiries promptly.
  • Manage petty cash requests and perform accounting record-keeping tasks as directed.
  • Prepare contracts and associated bills while verifying necessary procedures.
  • Conduct bank and cash reconciliations for Mizzi Motors companies and prepare deposits accordingly.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with office software suites.
