Luxury Hotel Night Receptionist Position

Outreach Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly skilled and professional Night Receptionist to join their luxury hotel team in Sliema, Malta.

We are looking for an individual who can deliver exceptional guest service, ensure smooth hotel operations during overnight shifts, and manage various front desk duties with efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries during the night shift with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor.
• Manage phone calls, reservations, and payments accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to hotel policies.
• Ensure guest safety by monitoring the premises and handling emergencies with professionalism and poise.
• Prepare night audit reports and maintain financial accuracy, providing detailed insights to inform business decisions.
• Coordinate smooth handovers with the day staff, fostering seamless communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and resolve issues effectively, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and basic accounting tasks, ensuring efficient operation and data analysis.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a willingness to contribute to the hotel's success 24/7.
