Luxury Front Desk Ambassador

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented individual to join our luxury hotel in Sliema, Malta. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth hotel operations during overnight shifts, and managing various front desk duties.

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries during the night shift.
• Manage phone calls, reservations, and payments accurately.
• Ensure guest safety by monitoring the premises and handling emergencies.
• Prepare night audit reports and maintain financial accuracy.
• Coordinate smooth handovers with the day staff.

• Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and basic accounting tasks.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
