The company is seeking a skilled Project Site Operations Manager to oversee and lead teams on external contracts, ensuring successful project completion while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary in the range of €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Lead and manage a team working on electrical, earthing, and lightning protection projects.
  • Oversee testing, installation, and measurement tasks, ensuring all work meets company and safety standards.
  • Coordinate work at heights, including on high roofs, tall buildings, and elevated platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to lead a team and work independently without supervision.
  • Strong command of both Maltese and English (reading and writing).
  • Computer literacy.
  • A valid driver's license and clean police conduct record.
  • Previous experience in similar roles, especially in outdoor or technical installations, is essential.
