About the Role

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per annum, plus favorable working conditions.

The successful candidate will oversee and lead teams on external contracts, ensuring successful project completion while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team working on electrical, earthing, and lightning protection projects.
  • Oversee testing, installation, and measurement tasks, ensuring all work meets company and safety standards.
  • Coordinate work at heights, including on high roofs, tall buildings, and elevated platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
Requirements
  • Ability to lead a team and work independently without supervision.
  • Strong command of both Maltese and English (reading and writing).
  • Computer literacy.
  • A valid drivers license and clean police conduct.
  • Previous experience in similar roles, especially in outdoor or technical installations, is essential.
