Job Description

Join our team as an Accounts Officer and play a pivotal role in supporting our finance department. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a strong desire to contribute to our organization's success.

Job Summary

In line with our expansion plans, we are looking to recruit a full-time Accounts Officer to join our ever-growing team. You will typically handle basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciling financial records.

Responsibilities:

Assist in all bookkeeping functions, including bank reconciliations, posting of invoices, and maintaining accounts receivable / payables;
Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, collaborating with vendors and preparing vendor reconciliations;
Handle detailed reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records;
Prepare and process payments to suppliers, ensuring transparent and efficient financial transactions;
Assist in the monthly client billing process, issuing invoices accurately and in a timely manner;
Assist with month-end related tasks, such as reconciliations;
Provide administrative support to the Finance team, including filing documents and maintaining records of financial data;
Manage emails related to financial matters and input bank entries;
Input bank entries and perform bank reconciliations;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum A' level standard in Accounting;
Familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures;
Knowledge of Microsoft Business Dynamics will be considered an asset;
Highly IT literate with good Excel skills;
Proficient in English, both written and spoken;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
Able to work full-time during office hours, Monday to Friday.
