We are looking for an Accounts and Payroll Executive to join the company's local Finance team.

Main Responsibilities:

Administer the credit management of the company.
Administration of the payroll function.
Adherence to the group reporting.
Banking relationships.
Ensure smooth and efficient month-end closing.
Work permit administration (onboarding, disconnect, and compliance.)
Support the preparation of financial statements and other periodic statutory reporting.
Continuous evaluation of internal processes and control ensuring compliance.
Support in any other ad hoc matters as or may be required by management.

Requirements:
Proven work experience within a finance function, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel, and experience working with ERP systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to streamline functions with a passion for learning and growth.
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
Fluent in English and Maltese.
