The Associate - Client Support Services will report to senior members within the same division. The selected candidate will be assisting the team with corporate clients' requests. Job duties:
- Assisting the team with client requests in a timely manner;
- Assisting with clients' onboarding process;
- Assisting with the opening/closure of bank accounts;
- Handling day-to-day duties required for the smooth running of the client's companies;
- Performing general corporate administration duties such as maintaining company registers;
- Drafting of resolutions and statutory documents;
- Maintaining an organized and structured client filing system together with the corporate assistant;
- Support senior staff with all matters relative to company incorporation and annual maintenance;
- Liaising with the Malta Business Registry and other relevant authorities.
- Attending client meetings with senior members of the team.
Requirements
- Ideally, hold a professional qualification or formal training in a relevant area of study
- A good understanding of Maltese company law would be an asset though not a necessity Some experience working within a similar role would be an asset though not a necessity Good interpersonal skills
- Flexible and can-do attitude;
- Team player and willing to learn;
- Excellent communication and written skills in English;
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Good knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
