The Sales Manager will primarily be responsible for:

- Leading the sales teams to reach sales targets.
- Evaluating and adjusting performance and developing processes that drive sales.
- Achieving revenue, productivity, and efficiency targets as agreed in the department’s annual budget.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Providing motivating leadership to the department’s staff and communicating effectively with the team and with other departments.
- Encouraging and supporting the personal and professional growth of the department’s employees, by providing suitable training opportunities, and by giving honest feedback about the employees’ work performance.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment. The selected candidate must:

- Be a self-motivating achiever, able to set and achieve ambitious objectives.
- Have five (5) or more years of experience as a Sales Manager.
- Have a good level of education, preferably a Diploma in Management at least Level 5 or higher.
- Be in possession of a valid and clean driving license.
- Fluent in Maltese and English. Skills and Competencies:

- Able to work under pressure.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Be proactive and have good administrative skills.
