We are looking for a Sales Assistant intern to join our Sales team in Malta

Internship Terms:

  • Internship dates - 1 April to 31 October 2026
  • Unpaid internship
  • Weekly grocery vouchers provided
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in Malta

This internship will take place at our Head office on the sunny Island of Malta.

Internship Description:

An internship in the Sales department offers an excellent opportunity to learn about the international EFL (English as a Foreign Language) industry and to work closely with a multinational team in a dynamic environment, where you will develop skills that can be utilised throughout your working life. You will learn how to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, develop an eye for detail and respond to clients in a polite and friendly manner.

As a Sales Assistant Intern you will be learning by assisting the Sales team in managing their B2B clients' accounts. You will be required to analyse markets, competition and assist with operational matters that might arise. This will lead to you interact with other departments within EC, especially Admissions.

 Key Learning Tasks:

  • Carry out market research
  • Maintain agent database
  • Learning about and using EC systems (CRM, Sharepoint and Konnect)
  • Assist with operational matters
  • Administrative office duties 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Customer service experience would be considered an asset but is not compulsory
  • Undergoing a university degree or a diploma
  • Fluent English, written and spoken (B2 Level) 
  • Eye for detail
  • Client focused
  • Sales focused
