Admissions Internship

We're looking for an Admissions Intern to join our team

Think of it as your crash course in international sales and student admissions. You'll be helping us connect with students from all over the world, delivering 'wow' moments through excellent service, and learning how to guide them on their journey to study abroad.

This is a 6-month internship (unpaid, but with weekly grocery vouchers included). To join in Malta, you'll need to be eligible to work in the EU.

What You'll Learn & Do

• Mastering our in-house booking system and CRM.
• Supporting our knowledge database with fresh insights.
• Conducting market research to keep us ahead of the game.
• Handling admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
• Preparing student visa documents and pre-arrival info packs.
• Coordinating arrival details so students feel welcomed from day one.
  

Who We're Looking For
You don't need experience, just the right mindset. Here's what helps you thrive in this role:

• Studying for a university degree or diploma.
• Good written and spoken English (B2 level). 
• Organised, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Friendly and client-focused.
• Curious and open to learning about sales, international markets, and multicultural teamwork.
