We are looking for a Performance Specialist (Paid Social/Display) to join the Marketing team.

The successful candidate will have full responsibility for all Paid Social and Programmatic Display channels for Kansino across multiple European markets.

The goal for this role is to drive high-quality new depositing customers at an efficient CPA. You will manage budgets, design campaigns, own reporting and continuously test creatives, audiences, placements and bidding strategies. Collaborate closely with marketing, data, creative partners and compliance to ensure campaigns are impactful and fully compliant.

Responsibilities:

• Running & optimising Paid Social and Programmatic Display campaigns across Meta, Snapchat and Display networks (via DSPs).
• Monitoring and managing mid to large-scale budgets, focusing on new depositing customers, CPA and return on ad spend.
• Setting up campaigns, audiences, placements and bidding strategies — from awareness to acquisition
• Frequently analysing, reviewing and reporting on campaign performance and next steps turning data into clear recommendations
• Developing structured testing frameworks (audience, creative, bidding, landing page).
• Working closely with our agency and in-house design team to create high-impact ad creatives.
• Ensuring campaigns remain compliant with all platform and iGaming advertising policies.
• Staying up-to-date with new features, formats, automation, (AI-driven) optimisation tools across the paid media landscape.
  

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social and Programmatic Display/Video.
• Experience in running, optimising and analysing performance campaigns with measurable CPA/ROAS goals
• Knowledge of tracking, attribution models, pixels and UTM tagging.
• Experience with GA4 and DSP tools (DV360 or other programmatic platforms) is a must.
• Proficient in English (Dutch or Portuguese is an advantage).
• Preferably experienced in iGaming or other regulated industries.
• Data-driven, excellent analytical skills, and comfortable making decisions based on performance data.
• Proactive, structured and well-organised — capable of owning the channel end-to-end.
