Job Role: As a Reservations Agent / Rental Car Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with rental car reservations, inquiries, and support. Your role will involve providing friendly and efficient service, ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from Italian-speaking customers.
  • Assist customers with rental car reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Provide accurate information about rental car options, rates, and terms.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Process reservations and payments accurately using our reservation system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (both verbal and written).
  • Proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or contact centre roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
