Role Overview:
With full training provided, you'll assist travelers across phone, chat, email, and social media channels. From managing bookings to resolving inquiries, you'll be a key player in ensuring smooth and stress-free journeys for airline passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Assist passengers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Handle questions related to baggage, refunds, and travel documents
- Support passengers with check-in and boarding issues to ensure seamless travel
- Provide accurate information on travel policies, visa requirements, and airline regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex cases
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and the solutions provided
- Stay informed on airline updates, special offers, and industry trends
- Participate in regular training to enhance your skills and grow your career
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
