This ambitious project brings together the iconic Hard Rock lifestyle with the excellence of DB Group's hospitality, an unforgettable experience that's about to become reality.

We're now recruiting a Sous Chef to support the Executive Culinary Team in delivering bold, world-class dining across multiple outlets. If you've got the skills, the edge, and the hustle to lead a kitchen that's as high-energy as a live concert — we want you on our team.

Job Role

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring dishes are prepped and served to top-tier standards
  • Supervise and guide line cooks and kitchen staff in food prep, cooking techniques, and presentation
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and plating across all service periods and outlets
  • Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices (HACCP compliant)
  • Support with menu execution, mise en place, and station organization
  • Step up during service to manage pacing, resolve issues, and deliver under pressure
  • Assist in training new hires and developing junior chefs
  • Control inventory, reduce food waste, and ensure timely stock rotation
  • Be a role model for professionalism, punctuality, and passion in the kitchen

Requirements 

  • A hands-on leader with at least 3 years' experience in a Sous Chef or Senior CDP role in a high-volume or upscale kitchen
  • Culinary certification or equivalent professional training
  • Great at managing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and plating precision
  • Comfortable with kitchen systems, prep planning, and food cost awareness
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
