Manpower is seeking to recruit a Property Management Executive to join our client's team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports on upkeep needs.
  • Manage snagging and handover processes for new properties.
  • Handle rent collection and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Ensure compliance with local letting regulations and manage rental documentation.
  • Liaise with property owners and tenants to maintain strong relationships.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, inventory compilation, and purchasing items for managed properties.
  • Support check-in and check-out processes for tenants.
  • Carry out any other duties related to property management as required.
Requirements:
  • Professional, mature, and client-focused personality.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese (written and verbal).
  • Clean driving license and own means of transport.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Info:
  • Type of Contract: Indefinite
  • Benefits: To be discussed during the interview
  • Work Setting: Office-based with on-site visits
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday + Saturday half day on alternate weekends
  • Working Hours: Standard office hours
  • Candidate Location: Must already be living in Malta
