Property Management Executive

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Property Management Executive to join our client's team.
Job Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports on upkeep needs.
- Manage snagging and handover processes for new properties.
- Handle rent collection and follow up on overdue payments.
- Ensure compliance with local letting regulations and manage rental documentation.
- Liaise with property owners and tenants to maintain strong relationships.
- Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, inventory compilation, and purchasing items for managed properties.
- Support check-in and check-out processes for tenants.
- Carry out any other duties related to property management as required.
- Professional, mature, and client-focused personality.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese (written and verbal).
- Clean driving license and own means of transport.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Type of Contract: Indefinite
- Benefits: To be discussed during the interview
- Work Setting: Office-based with on-site visits
- Working Days: Monday to Friday + Saturday half day on alternate weekends
- Working Hours: Standard office hours
- Candidate Location: Must already be living in Malta
