We are looking for Senior Product Owners who will be working on Regulatory Reporting and on our Data Platform to join us within Betsson Group Malta. Come join our growing Product Team

 
The Wow

You will be responsible for the product management of Betsson's data platforms and products, working across the organisation to establish a clear vision for the evolution of Betsson Group's data capabilities and developing plans for delivering on that vision. As the ambassador and champion for our data products, you will be expected to continuously and actively identify opportunities for enabling business growth and efficiency through data.

You will be responsible, under the direction of the head of Data, of the data product roadmap. Work in collaboration with other product development areas, key stakeholders and the Data team in defining the roadmap, and ensuring that all roadmap items are properly evaluated, defined, prioritised and in-line with the product vision.

Furthermore, you will be required to translate the business requirements for roadmap items into a product backlog for the Data teams to deliver on.

A taster of what you will be involved with: 
  • Work with the Head of Data to define a Data Product General Strategy, which groups both the business and technical road maps
  • Champion the vision for Betsson Group's data products and capabilities
  • Manage the Data Road Map for Business Stakeholders
  • Work with the Data Product Manager, Data Architect and Team Leads in Data to align and Include the Technical Road Map within the Data Product General Strategy
  • Point of contact for Business Stakeholders on new features in relation to the Data Product
  • Manage the Data Business Stakeholders, in order to Gather and Document Business requirements 
  • Work with the PMs of other Areas, in order to Gather and Document requirements for work in other areas
  • Manage healthy backlogs for all technical teams within Data
  • Lead refinement sessions with all technical teams within Data, going through business backlogs and business requirements
  • Lead planning sessions with all technical teams to shape up the sprints backlogs
  • Lead internal Data demo sessions with all technical teams to confirm that delivered work is in line with expectations
  • Communicate and Update Data Stakeholders on Data road map, progress and the delivery of the Data Team
  • Manage the promotion of the Data Product within the organisation, via various methods like the Data Newsletter, Training and Demos to Stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Data Service Desk agents who are also involved in tactical needs of the Data Stakeholders
