Responsibilities:
- Advanced Data Analysis: Perform complex analyses on player behavior, game performance,
and operational metrics to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities. - Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling: Design, build, and deploy predictive models to
enhance customer segmentation, churn prediction, fraud detection, and personalized gaming
experiences. - A/B Testing & Experimentation: Develop and implement controlled experiments to test
hypotheses and optimize game features, promotions, and marketing strategies. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide actionable recommendations based on statistical
modeling, forecasting, and deep learning techniques. - Big Data & Feature Engineering: Work with large-scale datasets, employing feature
engineering, dimensionality reduction, and model optimization to improve accuracy and
efficiency. - Data Infrastructure & Pipeline Optimization: Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data
quality, scalability, and efficient data processing for model training and deployment. - Algorithm Development & Optimization: Research, develop, and fine-tune algorithms for
real-time decision-making in iGaming environments. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and game
development teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business strategies. - Industry Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine
learning, and analytics, applying cutting-edge techniques to enhance iGaming experiences. - Mentorship & Best Practices: Establish best practices for data science workflows, mentor
junior team members, and contribute to a culture of analytical excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist in a relevant industry (iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or
similar). - Expertise in machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis (e.g.,
regression, classification, clustering, time-series forecasting). - Strong proficiency in Python or R for data science and ML development.
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
- Proficiency in big data tools such as Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake is a plus.
- Strong background in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn) to
communicate insights effectively. - Experience in deploying machine learning models using MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker,
Kubernetes) is an advantage. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data problems into
business solutions. - Strong communication skills to effectively present technical findings to both technical and
non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving business challenges.
