Growth Leads is a leading affiliate and lead generation company working within the iGaming and finance verticals. We build high-end websites with quality content that helps customers make an informed buying decision - driving relevant traffic through organic and paid search.

We're looking for an experienced content leader to build and lead an in-house content team that elevates the quality and performance of our content across a portfolio of web assets. We need a strategic leader who can establish a specialist team focused on differentiation, quality enhancement, and rapid content updates. As the Head of Content, you will be responsible for building this team from the ground up, developing processes for content excellence, and ensuring our assets maintain fresh, high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build In-House Content Team: Establish the vision, structure, and operational framework for a specialist content team that complements our existing production capabilities, with responsibility for hiring, team development, and creating scalable processes.
• Content Strategy & Excellence: Develop and implement content strategies that elevate quality, improve differentiation from competitors, and drive measurable performance improvements.
• Quality & Optimization: Create and enforce content standards, guidelines, and quality control processes to ensure all content meets our high standards for SEO performance and user value.
• Freshness & Updates: Build efficient workflows and processes to enable rapid content updates and ensure our assets maintain current, relevant information at scale.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with SEO, product, and marketing teams to align content efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless coordination across teams.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven Leadership: Experience building and managing content teams from scratch, with a track record of creating high-performing content operations and positive team culture.
• Content Expertise: Deep understanding of content strategy, SEO-optimized content production, and quality management at scale.
• iGaming Experience: Prior experience with sports betting and casino content, with a strong understanding of the iGaming industry and its content requirements.
• Process & Systems: Demonstrated ability to build efficient content workflows, implement quality control systems, and manage content calendars across multiple assets.
• Editorial Excellence: Impeccable English language skills with exceptional spelling, grammar, and editing capabilities. Additional languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese) are advantageous.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze content performance data, conduct competitor analysis, and make informed strategic decisions.
• Affiliate Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of how content drives conversions in affiliate and lead generation business models.
