Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Procurement Executive Technical to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure technical goods and materials from local and international suppliers.

  • Evaluate supplier pricing, service levels, and expand the supplier network.

  • Negotiate terms of trade, delivery conditions, discounts, and rebates with suppliers.

  • Manage procurement requests, quotations, and purchase orders through the procurement system.

  • Track orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely response to client inquiries.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in procurement, preferably within a technical field.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Maltese.

  • Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong supplier relationships.

  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills.

Job Info:

  • Type of Contract: Indefinite 
  • Salary: Depending on experience
  • Work Setting: Onsite
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday and  1 Saturday every 3 weeks and 3-4 PH in a year (paid extra)
  • Working Hours: Flexible hours between 8:00 - 5:00. (Can start 7:00 till 16:00 or 9:00 till 18:00)
  • Candidate location: Must be already living in Malta
