Procurement Executive

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Procurement Executive (Provisions) to join our client team in Marsa, Malta, on a full-time basis.

The duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Process quotations and orders using the companys internal system.

• Ensure timely responses to client enquiries.

• Source goods and ensure competitive pricing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, both existing and potential. company's

The ideal candidate would be:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure and within tight deadlines.

• Strong organisational skills, with a proactive and multitasking approach.

• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, particularly in dealing with suppliers.

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese is essential.

• Prior experience in the procurement of technical items is required.

• High proficiency in computer systems and digital tools is expected.
