On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a Compliance Executive to join an established Compliance Team within a Trust and Company Service Provider (TCSP).

The selected candidate will support the Compliance Officer and MLRO in ensuring the business remains aligned with all regulatory obligations. This role offers hands-on experience across KYC, onboarding, monitoring of client activity, and wider compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures

  • Support the execution of the Groups compliance monitoring programme

  • Collaborate with internal departments on matters related to AML and counter-terrorism financing

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings (e.g. REQ, ACR)

  • Help coordinate regulatory audits, inspections, and visits

  • Conduct periodic customer file reviews

  • Report regularly to the MLRO and Compliance Officer on all compliance matters

  • Recommend improvements to compliance processes in line with best practice

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar compliance role - must be within Corporate Services not iGaming

  • Sound understanding of the TCSP industry and its regulatory framework

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

  • Fluency in English

  • Proficient in standard IT tools and systems
