Client Accounts Executive

Manpower Malta on behalf of our client are seeking a Client Accounts Executive to join our clients existing finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with accounting, corporate and fiscal requirements;
- Updating of client accounting records;
- Maintaining clients records in line with the companys risk and compliance policies;
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts in accordance with the applicable accounting standards;
- Preparation and submission of direct and indirect tax returns;
- Managing external audit process of clients and liaising with external auditors;
- Assisting in other general accounting duties as may be required;
- Supporting management to ensure smooth maintenance of client portfolio;
Requirements:
- Part or fully qualified in ACCA accreditations - must be willing to become fully qualified.
- Have a minimum experience of two years working in a client accounting role;
- Have good communication organisational and problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the preparation of financial statements;
- Be an innovative team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure and able to meet deadlines;
- Well-versed in MS Office applications particularly MS Excel;
- Experience with cloud-based accounting software particularly XERO shall be considered an asset.
