We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our client's team on a full -time basis. This is an excellent career opportunity with a strong company for an ambitious person who is keen to develop and lead an enthusiastic and hard -working team. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be accountable to the Restaurant Manager. ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is an enterprise dedicated to establishing a number of restaurants offering tasty food with only the best ingredients. EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Previous experience with a well -established restaurant in Malta. Knowledge and a passion for quality food and drink, and outstanding customer service. Be a clear communicator, fluent in English and ideally in Maltese, and possibly with knowledge of other languages.Be able to motivate staff by leading from the floor and sharing knowledge and experience.Be driven and goal -oriented.Candidates should expect to produce a clean police conduct certificate if selected for client interview. Non -EU nationals should hold a valid work permit to work in Malta. EDUCATION Have certification from the I.T.S or a similar catering college. WORKING TIME Shift basis; Monday to Sunday - two days off (depending on the roster), 40 hours per week. SALARY AND BENEFITS Competitive salary. Paid overtime.20% discount on all company outlets.Birthday treat; every employee receives a credit to their Lava account.Uber ride discount between 10.00 pm and 07.00 am.
