We are currently seeking to recruit Full-Time Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our passionate and talented front-of-house teams.

The Assistant Restaurant Managers will assist the Restaurant Manager in organising and maximising the efficiency and financial performance of the restaurant, in achieving the targets related to cost, standards and quality.  

The candidates are expected to provide an efficient and pleasant dining experience to the customers dining in the restaurant in line with the Company Policies and Procedures and in a true spirit of Hospitality. Additionally, the Assistant Managers are responsible for training and assisting any new employees.

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a restaurant
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Fluent in English 
  • Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)
  • Clean police conduct certificate
