About the Role

You will deliver exceptional customer service in German for one of our international clients in tech, travel, digital, or lifestyle industries. This role suits candidates seeking German jobs in Malta, work abroad opportunities, and stable, long-term employment with strong career progression.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, or chat

  • Provide accurate and timely information and solutions

  • Document interactions using internal CRM tools

  • Maintain high quality and customer satisfaction standards

  • Follow company procedures and performance KPIs

  • Support ongoing process improvements with your team

Requirements

  • Native / C2 German

  • English B1/B2 for internal communication

  • Already living in Malta OR open to relocate

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is an advantage

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work in rotating shifts when required

  • Motivation to develop in an international environment
