Position Overview: As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor, specializing in email and chat support, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. Your linguistic prowess and customer-centric approach will be instrumental in resolving inquiries and creating a positive brand image. With the flexibility of a hybrid work model, you'll enjoy the unique blend of on-site and remote work in the enchanting surroundings of Malta.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in Dutch, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring a delightful e-commerce experience.
Hybrid Work Model:
  • Embrace the hybrid work model, spending 2 days per week on-site in the vibrant atmosphere of Malta, and the remaining 3 days working remotely.
Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our e-commerce platform and product offerings.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to assist customers in their queries.
