About the Company:

As they continue to expand their footprint across Europe, their new Malta office will serve as a key operational centre for the gaming industry. they are looking for a detail-oriented Reconciliation Officer to join the Finance team and ensure accuracy across all transaction and payment systems.

About the Role:

The Reconciliation Officer will play a key part in ensuring the integrity of financial data by reconciling PSP statements, player balances, and internal reports. This role suits a meticulous, analytical professional with strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of PSP accounts and internal ledgers.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between systems.
  • Monitor player balances and payment transactions.
  • Collaborate with the Payments and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare reconciliation reports and assist in financial audits.
  • Support improvements in reconciliation tools and processes.
  • Assist in ad hoc financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in reconciliation or finance operations.
  • Previous experience in the gaming or payments industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with reconciliation tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Team player with a proactive and organized approach.
