Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Affiliate- und Partnerbeziehungen.
  • Identifizierung, Verhandlung und Onboarding neuer Partner.
  • Strukturierung und Überwachung von Partnerverträgen und Leistungskennzahlen.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung datenbasierter Strategien zur Maximierung von Leads und ROI.
  • Hauptansprechpartner für alle Affiliate- und Partneranfragen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Marketing und anderen Teams zur Priorisierung von Wachstumschancen.

Dein Profil:

  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Affiliate- oder Partnermanagement auf Advertiser-Seite (idealerweise im Finanzsektor).
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Niveau) und professionelle Englischkenntnisse.
  • Analytische Denkweise und kreative Lösungsorientierung.
  • Erfahrung mit Google Analytics oder ähnlichen Tools.
  • Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Teamgeist.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Networking-Fähigkeiten.
