About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Finance Revenue Specialist to take ownership of the revenue cycle in a fast-paced and highly regulated iGaming environment. This role is primarily focused on collections, debtor management, and revenue reconciliation, ensuring timely inflow of funds and accurate tracking of all receivables.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience within the iGaming or digital entertainment sector, with a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a relentless focus on cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor accounts receivable: ensure timely collection of funds from B2B partners, affiliates, PSPs, and other third-party providers.
  • Proactively chase outstanding debtors via email, phone, and system-based reminders, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Reconcile debtor accounts regularly to ensure accuracy of balances and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain an accurate aged debtors report, track overdue accounts, and generate monthly debtor statements.
  • Collaborate with commercial and account management teams to resolve billing or payment disputes.
  • Perform monthly revenue and debtor reconciliations across platforms, PSPs, and wallets.
  • Ensure proper revenue recognition aligned with IFRS and internal controls.
  • Prepare and post monthly journal entries, accruals, and adjustments related to receivables and revenue.
  • Track and analyze key revenue metrics (e.g., NGR, GGR,) across products and markets.
  • Support audits (internal/external) by preparing documentation and explanations for receivables and revenue items.
  • Assist in posting company expenses, processing invoices, and supporting day-to-day finance operations.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as directed by the Finance Manager to support the smooth running of the finance department.
  • Identify inefficiencies in collection or reconciliation processes and propose automation or procedural improvements.
  • Work closely with compliance and legal teams to manage exposure to bad debt and credit risk.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a finance or revenue accounting role, preferably within the iGaming or online entertainment industry.
  • Proven experience managing collections, debtor reconciliations, and high-volume financial transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of payment service provider flows, chargebacks, and transactional reconciliation.
  • Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles and familiarity with IFRS.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/finance systems (e.g., Zoho), metabase)
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Confident communicator able to follow up with internal and external stakeholders assertively and professionally.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA/CIMA/CPA certification (or in progress) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of iGaming revenue KPIs: GGR, NGR, ARPU, player lifetime value.
  • Exposure to BI/reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
