About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the organization's financial health by supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis processes. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of financial principles, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records
  • Conduct cost analysis to identify efficiency opportunities
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Assist in audit preparation and respond to audit inquiries
  • Process invoices, and expense claims in a timely manner
  • Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and bank reconciliations
  • Reconcile financial data between our internal data warehouse and accounting systems
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure alignment and data integrity

Qualifications:

  • Possess an Accountancy degree or in the process of obtaining ACCA qualification
  • 2+ years of experience in relevant accountancy roles, ideally in I-gaming
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills
  • Good planning skills and a positive mindset
