At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, part of the iconic db Group, we're looking for a Payroll Executive to keep our backstage operations running in perfect harmony.

When you join our crew, you're not just managing payslips, you're helping us make sure every team member who delivers legendary guest experiences gets their encore.

Your Role:

As our Payroll Executive, you'll take the lead in ensuring every note of our payroll symphony hits just right, from onboarding new talent to preparing monthly reports. You'll be the backstage hero who keeps everything precise, compliant and in tune with our team's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding with accuracy and care
  • Calculate salaries and handle payroll adjustments with precision
  • Prepare and submit FS5 and FS7 reports online
  • Compile monthly payroll reports and maintain detailed records
  • Respond to employee queries with clarity and professionalism
  • Support other HR and payroll-related duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • O' Level education with 1–2 years' experience in payroll
  • Strong command of Excel and Word (Excel skills are essential)
  • Experience with Indigo payroll software is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Maltese is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and discreet with confidential data
