Our client is a holding company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support their day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day paperwork, documentation, and general administration.
  • Liaise with the company's Corporate Services Provider (CSP) to ensure compliance and smooth handling of corporate matters.
  • Maintain company records, databases, and filing systems in an organized and confidential manner.
  • Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.
  • Assist in coordinating external suppliers and service providers.
  • Take charge of ad-hoc projects as the company grows, such as office setup, relocation, or other operational initiatives.
  • Provide general support to the leadership team in ensuring smooth business operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders and external service providers in a professional manner.
  • Proficient with MS Office and general IT tools.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
