Country Manager

One of our clients is looking for a Country Manager – Chile to lead their sportsbook and casino operations. This role focuses on driving growth and ensuring smooth, successful operations in Chile and other LATAM markets.

This role is offered hybrid in Malta or fully remote (outside Malta), with a salary of up to €90K, depending on experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers across casino and sportsbook
• Adapt marketing campaigns, promotions, and products to suit the local market and engage customers effectively
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, digital agencies, influencers, and local media to expand reach
• Negotiate performance-based deals that support business goals and profitable customer acquisition
• Act as the local ambassador for the brand, building recognition and trust in the market
• Track industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead and strengthen market presence
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver smooth operations and excellent customer experiences
• Lead market strategies, including launches, pricing, and product updates
• Provide guidance on local regulations and support compliance and licensing requirements
• Solve operational challenges efficiently
• Track key performance metrics and report progress and opportunities to senior leadership
• Build and manage local teams or agencies when needed to strengthen execution in-market

Skills and Experience

• 6 years in a commercial or leadership role in iGaming, with strong experience in LATAM
• Native Spanish and fluent English (C2)
• Solid understanding of casino and sportsbook products and customer behavior in LATAM markets
• Knowledge of payment solutions in LATAM and connections with local providers
• Proven track record of driving growth and building brands in local markets
• Strong network in the local affiliate, media, and iGaming communities
• Comfortable working across teams and departments
• Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
