The Finnish Speaking Hybrid RG Analyst contributes to the responsible gaming development, maintenance and growth, and ensures that responsible gaming operations are completed in a timely and effective manner.

This position is on a full-time basis 40 hours a week with 24/7 services.

Responsibilities: 

• Investigate and analyse customers' gameplay to flag any potential responsible gaming-related issues.
• Communicate and suggest appropriate intervention tools such as limits for potentially 'at risk' players by Phone, Email and Chat.
• In-depth review of accounts based on alerts and other reports to identify players that may require further attention or ongoing monitoring.
• Escalate complex cases with recommendations to senior management to ensure player protection is safeguarded. 
• Create and maintain detailed records of communication, information, interventions and checks carried out.
• Promote awareness of responsible gaming issues among staff, mainly to the operational teams.
• Suggest changes and/or amendments to Responsible Gaming operational procedures.
• Working on ad hoc tasks and projects as required to develop the business as directed by the management team. 
• The RG Hybrid Analyst shall report to the Head of RG.

Requirements:

• An exceptional knowledge of written and spoken Finnish and English.
