As Product Designer: Design Systems & Content, your mission is to build and maintain the visual and content foundations of our design system. You will design reusable UI components, define tone and microcopy standards, and ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility across products and markets. Working closely with design, engineering, and product teams, you will create scalable systems that unify how our products look, feel, and communicate

What's in it for you?
  • Design, document, and maintain reusable UI components, patterns, and interaction guidelines within the central design system.
  • Define and manage tone of voice, microcopy standards, and content guidelines that ensure clarity, consistency, and inclusivity across all digital products.
  • Collaborate with Product Design Managers, Designers, and Engineers to embed system standards into live products and ensure visual and content consistency.
  • Partner with the UX Architect and Principal UI Designer to evolve system structure, scalability, and usability.
  • Work closely with the Head of Customer Experience to ensure design and content standards support seamless customer journeys and relationship-level consistency.
  • Collaborate with Insights & Research to validate design and content patterns through testing, data, and user feedback.
  • Support localisation and market teams by defining adaptable design and content frameworks suitable for multi-market use.
  • Maintain accessible, up-to-date documentation and resources that enable design and product teams to use and contribute to the system effectively.
  • Act as a bridge between design, engineering, and content disciplines — promoting cross-functional alignment around design and language best practices.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve scalability, accessibility, and efficiency in how design and content are created and delivered
You're good with:
  • 3+ years Professional experience in UX/UI design, content design, or design systems development.
  • Strong understanding of component-based design and scalable systems.
  • Skilled in defining tone of voice and microcopy standards for digital products.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and documentation practices.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with design, engineering, and product teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Comfortable working in agile environments.
 
A plus if you have:
  • Coursework or certification in UX Writing, Accessibility, Design Systems, or Front-End Collaboration.
  • Experience supporting localisation and multi-market content frameworks.
  • Knowledge of design-to-code workflows and front-end integration.
  • Background in iGaming or other high-volume digital industries
