Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Flexible, primarily based in Attard & Qrendi (eventually fully in Qrendi)
Working Hours: Part-time, flexible (20h/week)
Reporting to: Owner

The Role

We're looking for a responsible and proactive Personal Assistant to help keep a busy household running smoothly. From managing errands to coordinating maintenance visits, you'll be the go-to person for practical day-to-day tasks that require trust, initiative, and a flexible approach.

This is a varied and hands-on role - ideal for someone who's highly organized, dependable, and enjoys making life a little easier for others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run regular errands such as grocery shopping, parcel pickups, or small ad-hoc purchases.
  • Open and close the house for scheduled maintenance or service appointments.
  • Liaise with tradespeople or service providers as needed.
  • Perform occasional property check-ins when unoccupied.
  • Assist with basic admin or coordination tasks related to household upkeep.
  • Maintain full discretion and confidentiality at all times.
