Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a VIP Account Executive (German Speaking) to join our clients team in Lija, Malta (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of VIP users to retain and increase their value through personalized engagement.

  • Build strong 1-to-1 relationships, offering tailor-made experiences and exclusive offers.

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify patterns and trends, ensuring optimal performance.

  • Coordinate with the CRM team to deliver relevant and timely communications to VIP clients.

  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming Customer Support or at least 1 year in a VIP-related role.

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
