Our client is a globally recognized leader in the online entertainment and sports betting industry, with over 35 years of experience. They offer an extensive portfolio that includes sports betting, live betting, casino, live casino, and a variety of engaging games. To support their continued growth, they are seeking a skilled and motivated German speaking Legal Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complaint process and handle administrative tasks related to legal disputes involving customers and external law firms.
  • Collect, organize, and process confidential legal documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports pertaining to legal cases.
  • Process customer requests concerning transaction history and data protection (including GDPR inquiries).
  • Ensure timely responses to GDPR and player claims inquiries from customers and legal representatives.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external legal partners.
  • Perform various administrative and office management tasks, including legal deadlines and inbox management.
  • Oversee file management and database administration.
  • Provide administrative support to legal professionals across all aspects of daily operations.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Legal Studies, Office or Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered).
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the legal, compliance, or financial sectors is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong computer literacy and internet proficiency.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and resilient.
