Executive, Immigration

The main purpose of this role is to provide support within the Private Clients Practice in advising and assisting private clients on immigration matters.

Responsibilities

• Providing professional immigration assistance to the clients of the assistance HNWIs with relocation to Malta, client relationship management within the firm and coordination of clients' other legal queries with different practice groups
• Maintaining client relationship and risk management within the firm and coordination of clients' other legal and tax queries with different practice groups
• Liaising with local immigration authorities, on behalf of clients
• Redesigning of service in response to business needs

Skills 

• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• One to two years experience in dealing with foreign clients
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service required
• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, CRM or practice management systems
