THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Global SEO Team Manager to join its Digital Marketing team.

As the Global SEO Team Manager, you will lead the company's global organic search strategy across multiple brands and markets. You'll join a dynamic and collaborative marketing department, working closely with content, brand, UX, CRM, paid media, and product teams. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving Gaming1's online visibility and business growth through SEO and ASO excellence.

YOUR ROLE

• Define and lead a unified global SEO and ASO strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Prioritize the SEO roadmap across content, technical, and off-page pillars.
• Identify growth opportunities through market, competitor, and keyword analysis.
• Set KPIs, targets, and forecasts in collaboration with marketing leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Content, UX, Product, CRM, Paid Media) to ensure SEO supports the full acquisition funnel.
• Manage relationships with SEO agencies, overseeing deliverables such as link-building, audits, and technical consultancy.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and produce actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of Google updates, AI-driven tools, and emerging SEO trends to foster innovation.
• Lead and develop a multi-market SEO team, ensuring knowledge sharing, alignment, and professional growth.

Profil

 YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years in SEO, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expert in technical and content SEO, with strong analytical and strategic abilities.
• Proficient in GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and GTM.
• English (C2), French or Spanish a plus.
• Strategic, collaborative, data-driven, and innovative leader who thrives under pressure.
