Content Writer SEO

Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office) or Remote from Europe
Reporting to SEO Manager 

We are seeking a highly motivated Content Writer with a deep understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to join a dynamic team. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content. This is a critical role designed to drive significant organic growth, establish brand awareness, and ensure our content achieves top rankings in the competitive crypto casino market.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, plan, and write content with the primary objective of maximizing organic search visibility and improving search engine ranking.
• Support the implementation of On-page SEO tactics, including deep keyword integration, metadata optimization, heading structure, and ensuring content meets performance goals.
• Develop and execute a strategic internal linking architecture to improve site authority and user flow. 
• Proactively optimize existing content based on performance analysis to maintain top rankings.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, maintains factual accuracy, and follows all relevant iGaming and crypto regulatory guidelines.
• Efficiently upload and manage content within the CMS (primarily WordPress), ensuring proper tagging, formatting, and a flawless user experience upon publication.
• Contribute to the content strategy by identifying content gaps and proposing high-value topics to drive further traffic and conversions.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of professional content writing experience in the iGaming/affiliate industry.
• Near-native or native-level of written and verbal English skills (C1/C2 level). 
• Strong, demonstrable On-page SEO knowledge, including understanding of search intent, competitive analysis, and content performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience using WordPress (or a similar CMS) for direct content publishing and optimization.
