We are seeking a strategic Finance Director to lead financial planning, reporting, and business partnering for a dynamic iGaming company. This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who thrives in scaling businesses, driving profitability, and influencing C-level decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the financial planning cycle (budgeting, forecasting, long-term strategy).
  • Deliver board-level reporting with actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead feasibility studies for new products/initiatives to secure investment.
  • Act as the CEOs right hand, challenging assumptions and driving value creation.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and financial risks; propose mitigations.
  • Align Finance, Product, Tech, and Commercial teams to support scalable growth.
  • Ensure robust financial controls and compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Oversee financial due diligence for M&A or investor engagements.
  • Manage a 4-person finance team (Malta & Poland), fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in senior finance roles (FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Director) within iGaming providers
  • A commercial mindset with a track record of partnering with CEOs to unlock growth.
  • Board-level presentations and stakeholder management.
  • Financial modelling, scenario planning, and investment analysis.
  • Strong leadership ability to mentor teams and collaborate with non-financial stakeholders.
  • Hybrid flexibility based in Malta
